Riley & the Restless are a 3 piece alternative Country/Americana Band performing original songs and showcasing a unique style of Country Rock & Roll. Inspired by traditional Country Rock and modern Americana music, and paying homage to classic Blues Rock & Roll, the trio is fronted by singer/songwriter/guitarist - Riley Scott; rhythm master & bassist - Cotton North; and beat keeper/drummer - Jordan Wallwork.

The Abbotskerswell based Chordettes formed in 1974 and are one of the founder clubs in the Ladies Association of British Barbershop Singers (LABBS). 


In 1992 the chorus won the British Ladies Barbershop Championships and had the privilege of representing Britain in America the following year. More recently in 2011 they became the International Bronze medallists at the International Barbershop Convention which was held in Galway, Ireland.


The Chordettes are made up of a mixed group of ladies, some local to Abbotskerswell where they rehearse every week, some travel from further afield.  Always growing and changing; learning new songs, making new friends, having new experiences, adventures and a lot of fun along the way!

Once a year the Chordettes take part in the Ladies Barbershop Convention where thousands  meet up to compete, to sing together and to have fun.

Eleanor Jacobs

Singer-Songwriter Eleanor first entered the music scene under the name ‘Ellie Jacobs’ when she collaborated with Randy Bachman from Bachman-Turner Overdrive to produce her first album ‘Girl On The Moon’.

Eleanor has since been recording with Clint Production Studios, bringing the exciting sounds of Nashville home to the UK. Eleanor’s unique sound unites the classic ‘Country’ genre with the world of English pop/folk music- best described by Eleanor as 'New English Country’​

Taking the Country by storm after appearing on BBC Radio 1 Introducing, completing her USA Tour and becoming a Tanglewood Artist, Eleanor has numerous live performances lined up this year and has just released her Debut New English Country Album 'LIGHTHOUSE' featuring the incredible Johnny Butten. Hold onto your hats and watch this space!
